In the last few years, Cyclocross has become my favorite riding/racing discipline. With a growing shop and now a growing daughter
my time to race has become more and more limited. This year I missed the first six races due to shop and family commitments. After that it was easy to blow off the rest of the OVCX series, but I needed a goal and endurance races are more my speed.

Shelby County Omnium, directions and more
The first Shelby County Omnium is just a few days away and we have nearly one hundred pre registered riders and a lot of questions. The first rider goes off at 8am and we will send riders off in the same order as the crit, i.e. Juniors first, Pro 1/2 last. We will have a more detailed start list on Thursday but will leave room for late entrants. Pro 1/2, Cat 3, masters fields, and womens 1/2/3 all have cash payouts to the podium for the Crit and Road race as well as the overall. Here are directions to the individual race starts.
